SUMMER 2011 Advising and Mentoring

Just a reminder!  For those of you enrolled in:

CHBE 2100
CHBE 2110

Your faculty mentoring and academic advising forms are due in no later than next Monday July 25th.  If these are not turned in by that afternoon, you will have holds placed on your accounts that will prevent your from registering or changing your schedule during PHASE II.  Please have this done as soon as possible!

    Forms for faculty mentoring were attached in the original emails sent out by Dr Agrawal both this week and earlier this month. Your faculty mentor may have them as well. If you are due for Academic Advising then either Dr Agrawal or Mr Hardin will have the forms in their office to be filled out during your advising meeting :)
